Quality information:

Whirlwind is a compact weave cotton poplin from Japan.  The hand feel is divine, it is a light weight quality however with it's compact construction to appears to be heavier than you would think. This fabric holds its shape and would be perfect for most garments, things like puffy sleeves or bubble skirts would work well.
