Quality information:

Bloom is a compact weave cotton poplin from Japan.  The hand feel is divine, it is a light weight quality however with it's compact construction it appears to be heavier than it is. This fabric holds its shape and would be perfect for most garments, things like puffy sleeves or bubble skirts would work well.
